Our Journey to Staying Thin:
The Story of Boombalatti’s Pizza Company

We created Boombalatti’s Pizza Company to help others after we lost a combined total of 130lbs following a low-carb diet. Unfortunately, we couldn’t shake our love of pizza, which, as everyone knows, is loaded with carbs, and the low carb pizzas we found at the grocery store just didn’t taste like real pizzas.

Well, necessity is the mother of invention, so we decided to start making pizzas for ourselves. As we proceeded along on our journey — tweaking our recipe many, many times —  we finally arrived at a low-carb pizza recipe that tasted like the real deal, from a delicious crust to a mouthwatering, tangy sauce worthy its toppings.

After enlisting our friends as guinea pigs, we were ecstatic with their enthusiasm, not to mention their encouragement for us to go public. Amazing to think that two people just looking to scratch their pizza itch ended up starting a pizza company.
